Refund and Returns Policy
At Pure Umami, we are committed to the quality of our wild-harvested delicacies. Our return policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the highest food safety standards for our products from Pirin National Park.
1. Returns Overview
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been unsealed or tampered with.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo immediately and reach out to us. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method (Stripe).
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international EU returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
