Refund and Returns Policy

At Pure Umami CC (UIC: 208815051), we are committed to the quality of our wild-harvested delicacies. Our return policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the highest food safety standards for our products from Pirin National Park.

1. Returns Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, hermetic, and protective factory packaging. Due to the nature of food products, hygiene, and public health reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns for items that have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with.

2. Return Procedure & Address

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team via our Live Chat or email us at it7oto@gmail.com to report your request.
2. Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box to prevent transit damage.
3. Ship the items back to our official facility address:
   Pure Umami CC, Sofia, Krastova Vada, Gatio Shishkov str. 14, Bulgaria.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return package is safely received and inspected at our warehouse to verify the integrity of the factory seals, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be automatically credited back via the original payment method used during checkout (Stripe/Credit Card).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo immediately and reach out to us. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international EU returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
